Villa Dua Seminyak is situated in quieter place of Seminyak, which is very famous with its shops, famous retaurant, and beaches. The location is walking distance to shopping center in Seminyak street and 5 minutes drive to Seminyak beach. There are 2 x 2 bedroom private villas which are especially designed for small family or a group friends.
On arrival at this Bali Seminyak villa, you will enter a wide gate towards a new villa building with modern taste, secured by outer walls surrounding the villa. This 2-storey property features a semi-open living and dining area downstairs allowing guests the option of enclosing these areas during wet season and keeping them open to enjoy the breeze during dry season. Both bedrooms are located upstairs and feature a king-size bed with modern interior decoration. There are semi-outdoor, en-suite bathrooms with bathtub and separate shower connected to each bedroom, completed with vanity and toilet. Villa Dua is cutely set on a 275m2 of land, flattered with a 6m x 3m swimming pool and gazebo.
Directly in front of the stairs and to the right of the entry is the 7 metre long swimming pool surrounded by a small but lush tropical garden. Decorative stone carvings are located around the edges of the pool and a beautiful, large artwork also done in stone is on the wall behind the four sun lounges, situated on a wooden deck.
There are two large sized, air-conditioned bedrooms at Villa Dua Seminyak, each has its own en-suite bathroom. On the ground floor opposite the pool and beside the staircase leading to the other two rooms is the master bedroom. Outside the room are two chairs and a small coffee table and above on the wall a beautiful stone carving.
The master bedroom is well furnished with a comfortable king sized bed. Two bedside tables, one on either side of the bed has lighting to read by. Opposite the bed is a TV cabinet with TV on top and decorative ornaments grace each side of the unit. This Bedroom has large bathroom space and has a basin with overhead mirror, shower with a rain shower tap, toilet and spa bath all inclusive.
L shaped, brown colored sofa with brightly colored cushions and multi coloured shades with gold thread are viewed on entering the living room. Centrally placed is a small coffee table in easy reach, for guests. This air-conditioned room is well designed and makes clever use of space opposite the sofa. Under the staircase is a TV console and cabinet for viewing your favourite show or DVD.
